Senior Welding Inspector
Qualified at least SPM, MCE or equivalent academic qualification.
Hold the following certificates which shall be kept and valid at all times.
1. CSWIP Senior Welding Inspector. Level 3.2 certification or equivalent.
2. CSWIP / PCN Radiographic Interpreter. Level 3.4 certification or equivalent.
3. CSWIP / PCN UT Inspector. Level 3.2 and 3.9 (nozzles & TKY joints) or equivalent.
4. ASNT Level II certification or equivalent.
- Preferably posses certification on painting such as "IMM Certified Coating Inspector" or equivalent.
- Have at least ten (10) years relevant Industrial Inspection experience with at least three (3) years in a Senior Inspector position in Oil and Gas industry related work.
- Have at least five (5) years offshore working experience as Plant or Welding Inspectors.
- Conversant with non-destructive testing NDT methods applications and limitations.
- Be able to read and comment on engineering drawings.
- Be fully conversant with mechanical catalogue, general arrangement (GH), P & ID and other related drawings required for the installation of the required works.
- Have sound knowledge of International Standard and codes relating to oil industry structures, pipelines, pressure vessels and process facilities e.g. ASME VIII & IX ASME/ANSI B31, 3 AWS D1.1, API 1104, API 510, 570, 650 and 653, ASTM, SSPC 5 & 10, BGES/P2, Swedish Standard and NACE specifications for painting etc.
- Be able to review comments and approved welding procedures (WPS)
- Be able to review inspection procedures submitted by contractors.
- Be able to solve problems and perform work under pressure and with a high degree of efficiency.
- Preferably with computer literacy such as Microsoft® and Lotus® applications.
- Preferably posses certificate and have completed recognized formal training in Inspection Data Acquisition Management System (IDAMS) Version 6, AutoCAD and familiar with RISC Based Inspection software e.g. Orbit Offshore and S-RBI.
- Have demonstrated competence in technical report writing, technical presentation and the ability to perform work with a high degree of initiative.
- Fluent in English and/or Malay.

Ultrasonic Welding Inspector
Qualified at least SPM, MCE or equivalent academic qualification.
Hold the following certificates which shall be kept and valid at all times.
1. CSWIP / PCN UT Inspector. Level 3.2 and 3.9 (nozzles & TKY joints) or equivalent.
2. CSWIP / PCN Welding Inspector. Level 3.1 certification or equivalent.
3. ASNT Level II certification or equivalent.
- Have at least Five (5) years in Ultra Sonic testing on plates, pipes, nozzles and TJY joints of Oil and Gas industry facilities.
- Be competent in applying prescribed test procedures with the ability to report findings with reproducible accuracy, and able to devise and apply techniques prescribed by specifications, codes and standards.
- Be well versed in welding inspection, radiographic testing and interpretation of radiographic films and other NDT inspection of oil and gas industry facilities.
- Be knowledgeable of welding fabrication techniques, basic metallurgy and corrosion.
- Be conversant in inspection and maintenance philosophy.
- Be fully conversant with International Standard and codes relating to Ultrasonic and welding inspection. Have a sound knowledge of International Standard and codes relating to oil industry structures, pipelines, pressure vessels and process facilities e.g. ASME VIII & IX ASME/ANSI B31, 3 AWS D1.1, API 1104, API 510, 570, 650 and 653, ASTM, SSPC 5 & 10, BGES/P2, Swedish Standard and NACE specifications for painting etc.
- Be fully conversant with mechanic catalogues, general arrangement (GA), P & ID and other related drawings for the mechanical and piping equipment installation.

Welding Inspector
Qualified at least SPM, MCE or equivalent academic qualification.
Hold the following certificates which shall be kept and valid at all times.
1. CSWIP / PCN Welding Inspector. Level 3.1 certification or equivalent (AWS)
2. ASNT Level II certification or equivalent.
- Have at least five (5) years relevant experience in welding inspection at fabrication yards of major construction projects of oil and gas industry facilities.
- Be fully conversant with mechanical catalogues, general arrangement (GA), P & ID and other related drawings for the mechanical and piping equipment and installation.
- Be competent in various methods of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspection.
- Be knowledgeable of welding fabrication techniques, basic metallurgy and corrosion.
- Be fully conversant with International Standards and Codes relating to welding inspection.
- Have a sound knowledge of International Standard and codes relating to oil industry structures, pipelines, pressure vessels and process facilities e.g. ASME VIII & IX ASME/ANSI B31, 3 AWS D1.1, API 1104, API 510, 570, 650 and 653, ASTM, SSPC 5 & 10, BGES/P2, Swedish Standard and NACE specifications for painting, etc.
