LEISURE TEXTILES - (URGENT NEEDS)
Plant Managers
You will be required to support the organization in coordinating, supervising
and monitoring all factory activities from planning through to shipment.
You should have:
Engineer or Diploma in Garment Manufacturing with 6-7 years experience
in the garments industry including 2 years as a Factory Manager handling
1000 plus employees.
Production Managers
You will be required to manage the sewing floor of a 500 plus machine
plant, meet production targets and shipment deadlines. Bachelors degree
with 5-6 years experience in the garment industry and 2 years as a Production
Manager Handling knits.
Quality Assurance Managers
You will be required to develop and maintain control over product quality
to ensure that the customers’ requirements are satisfied. Worked
and experience as Textile Engineer with 5 years experience in the garments
industry and 2 years as a Quality Assurance Manager with knowledge of
quality management techniques.
Work Study (Industrial Engineering) Heads
You will be required to maximize the overall efficiency of the plant through
the provision of an effective, appropriate and timely costing and product
engineering service. Must be an Engineer or have Diploma in Garment Manufacturing
with 2-3 years experience Work Study Engineering, especially in operation
breakdown & determination of Standard Minute Value for any type of
garment.
Cutting Executives
You will have the overall responsibility of mee output, quality, performance
and cost targets while maintaining discipline and systems in Cutting Section.
You should have:
Graduate with experience of 7-8 years in Cutting Section with experience
in planning, execution and maintenance of the Department
Production Executives
You will be required to supervise production lines to meet output, quality,
performance and cost targets whilst maintaining supervisor and operator
morale and discipline. You should have: Industrial Engineer or Diploma
in GMT Minimum of 3-5 years of experience & in-depth knowledge of
apparel manufacturing techniques & systems.
Finishing Executives
You will be required to supervise and execute shipment plans, delivery
dates while maintaining discipline and systems in Finishing Section You
should have:
• Graduate with 7-8 years experience in garments in similar position
with knowledge AQL and Audit Procedures.
AAMT Coordinators
You will be responsible for recruiting and training of operators on sewing
skills while leading a group of trainers and heading the Training Department.
You should have:
• Graduate with 5-6 years experience in the sewing section of a
garment firm. Technical sewing skills are essential with ability to identity
quality problems and be able to ‘sew” a garment.
Executive Trainers
You will be responsible for training of operators on sewing skills. You
should have:
• Diploma in Apparel Production Management with 2-3 years experience
in the sewing section of a garment firm. Technical sewing skills are essential
with ability to identity quality problems and be able to “sew”
a garment.
CAD Sampling Managers
You will be responsible for development and approval of patterns and samples
before and through production. Bachelor’s degree with 5-6 years
experience in CADI Sampling Section of a garment firm. Technical sewing
skills are essential with ability to identify and solve pattern/ grading/
fit issues.
